Return Policy

At Wild Fantasy, we aim to give you the ultimate satisfaction and absolute pleasure with every purchase. However, we understand that during some given circumstances, you are required to return your product to us. To ensure a smooth return process, please review the terms and conditions of our Return Policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

All Wild Fantasy purchases cover a 90-day warranty period, alongside the manufacturer’s warranty period (if applicable). However, this depends on the type of return you choose. Our Return Policy extends up to 2 categories; 

• (A) Returning a faulty product 
• (B) Returning due to a change of mind

(A) Returning a Faulty Product 

If you receive a faulty product or if your product malfunctions in the first 90 days after purchase, according to the Wild Fantasy Return Policy, you are eligible for a return. To successfully receive a return, please fill out our Return Form, and attach any proof of evidence such as photographs/ videos of your faulty product. Your inquiry will then be submitted for investigation. 

(B) Returning Due to ‘Change of Mind’

If under a circumstance, you are not satisfied with our product, please note that you are eligible for a return, under the below conditions: 

• Your product must be within 30 days from the date of purchase. 
• Your product must be unused
• Your product must be in its original packaging, with the hygiene seal intact
• Your product must be in the same condition as you first received it

A refund may be issued once the product has been inspected by our Wild Fantasy Team.

Non-Returnable Items:

As Wild Fantasy is specialised in intimate adult products, the following conditions are not acceptable for hygiene purposes. 

• Used products
• Items without original packaging
• Products with missing parts or accessories
• Items not in their original condition

How to Initiate a Return: 

To process your return, please submit the Return Form and contact our customer service team via 1300 945 369 or 1300 WILD69. You can also email us your queries on info@wildfantasy.com.au. Our Wild Fantasy team will guide you through your return process and will authorise your return after inspection. 

Return Shipping:

If you are returning your product due to a change of mind, kindly note that customers should incur the cost of return shipping on their own. However, in an unfortunate circumstance where the product is defective or if the mistake is on our end, kindly note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the Wild Fantasy Team.   

Cancellation Policy:

If you no longer wish to proceed with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Orders are processed quickly and we cannot guarantee to cancel your order without charges once it is already in production. Any order requesting a cancellation before despatch will incur a $5.00 cancellation fee to offset the transaction fees associated with the platfom.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned product, our Wild Fantasy team will verify its eligibility and authorise the refund as early as possible. Kindly note that all returns and refunds will be processed on a case-by-case basis. The refund will be issued through the original method of payment used for the purchase.
