Express Shipping will ensure your order is despatched the same day when ordered before 2pm AEST Monday - Friday or the following business day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne in either plain or courier supplied boxes, carrier bags and envelopes, with no advertising on the outside of the packaging, or mention of the sender on the label, ensuring a discreet delivery to your door.

$14.95 Express Shipping will ensure your order is despatched the same day when ordered before 2pm or the following business day.

All Purchases are covered by our 1-year product guarantee. If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ll replace if for up to a year after purchase. If you have received a faulty product, please fill in the Returns Form accompanied with photographs of your faulty product and submit this for investigation.

Any items you wish to return due to change of mind must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused and have original packaging & hygiene seal intact. A refund or credit may be issued once the product has been returned and inspected.
