If you have received a faulty product, please fill in the Returns Form accompanied with photographs of your faulty product and submit this for investigation.

Any items you wish to return due to change of mind must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused and have original packaging & hygiene seal intact. A refund or credit may be issued once the product has been returned and inspected.
