Can I use the HydroXtreme7 in the shower?

Yes. The HydroXtreme is designed for use with water. This makes the shower or bath a convenient place to fit it into your routine.

No. It uses a manual handball system to create and control the vacuum. That means there is no motor, battery or charging requirement.
