We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100, or a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $100, nationwide using freight carriers and couriers. We offer Express Shipping at $14.95. We also offer Same Day Delivery at $19.95. You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required at checkout. Please be aware that shipping is calculated on cost after any discounts or coupons are applied.

Standard Shipping means your order is despatched in 2-3 business days . Express Shipping will ensure your order is despatched the same day when ordered before 2pm AEST Monday - Friday or the following business day. Note these times are indicative only and are subject to changes that may be out of our control.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne in either plain or courier supplied boxes, carrier bags and envelopes, with no advertising on the outside of the packaging, or mention of the sender on the label, ensuring a discreet delivery to your door.

$14.95 Express Shipping will ensure your order is despatched the same day when ordered before 2pm or the following business day.

All Purchases are covered by our 1-year product guarantee. If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ll replace if for up to a year after purchase. If you have received a faulty product, please fill in the Returns Form accompanied with photographs of your faulty product and submit this for investigation.

Any items you wish to return due to change of mind must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused and have original packaging & hygiene seal intact. A refund or credit may be issued once the product has been returned and inspected.
