Product Information

Where can I find information related to a product?

Usually we mention all the details about the product within the specific product page. Any additional information like directions to use, instructions for storage and cleaning or maintenance can be found along with the packaging.


Will there be batteries included?

Some manufacturers include batteries along with their product and some do not. Individual product descriptions will indicate if batteries are included.


How can I return a product?

If you have received a faulty product, please fill in the Returns Form, before 90 days from the date of purchase. Also don't forget to submit photographs of your faulty product for investigation. Any items you wish to return due to some change of mind must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused and have original packaging & hygiene seal intact. A refund or credit may be issued once the product has been returned and inspected.


Order Information

When will you ship my order?

Standard Shipping at Wild Fantasy will ensure that your order will be despatched within 2 business days. Express Shipping at Wild Fantasy will ensure that your order will be despatched on the same day when it is ordered before 2pm or the following business day. Information supplied by our freight provider indicates that deliveries within Australia will take roughly between 2-5 working days after the order has been dispatched. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia-wide, shipping to every major city from Melbourne to Brisbane, Sydney to Perth to Adelaide, and everywhere in between. Wherever you are in Australia, we’ll get your parcel to you.


How will the packaging take place?

All our delivery packages will be discreet and the contents will not be revealed.
