All comments and statements made on this website and corresponding social media sites are based on Wild Fantasy's personal view only and are not intended as medical or legal advice in anyway.

Purchasing & Payment
Wild Fantasy records sufficient personal details when you place an order on our website, to confirm your identity and to ensure we send goods to the correct address. At no time do we record your payment information on our site. When purchasing from Wild Fantasy, your payment details are processed securely by our secure payment gateway which has the highest possible level of security. Our payment gateway will keep a secure record of your payment details until your order is packed and dispatched to assist with any changes to your order.

We reserve the right to use or disclose any information without notice or consent as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request; to conduct investigations of consumer complaints or possible breaches of law; to protect the integrity of our site and our property; to protect the safety of our visitors or others; to fulfil your requests; or to cooperate in any legal investigation.
Product Availability
Whilst Wild Fantasy makes every effort to ensure availability of products shown on this site, there may, occasionally be items unavailable for purchase. If a purchase of an unavailable item is made, the customer will be offered the choice of a full refund, or to choose another product of equal value.
Promotions and Offers
Wild Fantasy will, from time to time offer special promotions and offers. If, for any reason a scheduled promotion or offer is not capable of running as planned, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or offer and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
Prizes, Gifts and Giveaways
Subject to any specific terms or conditions that may be displayed with any prize, gift and/or giveaway at the time they are presented, note when prizes, gifts or giveaway items or the like are offered, displayed or advertised on our Website, it is to full extent permitted by law. Wild Fantasy reserves the right to withdraw the offer of the prize/s at any time prior to the time the recipient/s of the prize are to be drawn or otherwise determined, without notice to you, in the event that we are, for any reason, unable to supply the prize/s. In the event that Wild Fantasy are unable to supply the exact gift/s and/or giveaway item/s displayed to you for any reason, we may supply in it/their place an alternative items/s of a similar nature and value and the supply of the alternative item/s will be in complete satisfaction of obligation to the recipient/s in respect of the gift/s and/or giveaway items/s, to the extent permitted by law.
Shipping
Wild Fantasy ships nationwide using freight carriers and couriers. Orders totalling less than $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $9.95 or FREE for orders over $50 with our Standard Delivery. We offer Express Shipping at $14.95, FREE when you spend over $79. We also have Next Business Day Delivery at $19.95, or FREE when you spend over $99.
You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required at checkout. Please be aware that shipping is calculated on cost after any discounts or coupons are applied.
Standard Shipping will ensure your order is despatched within 2 business days. Express Shipping will ensure your order is despatched the same day when ordered before 2pm or the following business day. Information supplied by our freight provider indicate that deliveries within Australia take between 2-5 working days after the order has been dispatched, depending on your location. Note these times are indicative only and are subject to changes that may be out of our control.
Please be aware that longer delivery times are to be expected in peak periods.

Christmas Deliveries
While we aim to deliver the same quality of service we offer throughout the year, during this particularly busy time of year we cannot guarantee all orders placed after 10th December will be received before Christmas. This is partly due to expected delays with Australia Post and other freight carries over the holiday period.

Orders placed between 23rd December and 2nd January will be processed on the next business day.
Returns
If you receive the incorrect product in your order, please email us at info@wildfantasy.com.au or phone 1300 WILD69 (1300 945 369). All purchases are covered by our 90 day warranty period. Additional manufacturer’s warranty may also apply to products. If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ll replace it up to 90 days after purchase. If you have received a faulty product, please fill in the Returns Form accompanied with photographs of your faulty product and submit this for investigation.
Any items you wish to return due to change of mind must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused and have original packaging & hygiene seal intact. A refund or credit may be issued once the product has been returned and inspected.
Social Media and Website Interaction
The Website may contain areas where Wild Fantasy encourages input from our consumer base. Wild Fantasy is not obliged to moderate any material submitted to the website or social media pages including but not limited to spelling and grammar, any material which may offend or be deemed irrelevant or unfavourable. Wild Fantasy reserves the right to remove any material for any reason and may restrict, suspend or terminate the use of our website and social media channels where we believe it has been misused and is in breach of the agreement. In participating, you consent to all relevant acts or omissions in relation to any person's ethical rights in their material which may or might otherwise constitute a breach or infringement of those rights and, to the extent permitted by law, waives their ethical rights in the material.
Furthermore, we ask that all participants are respectful and considerate of their interactions. We will not permit any kind of bullying or acts of misconduct on our sites.
